		<description>The tools are already there. Most people would be perfectly happy with a Linux PC. Big problem is that people are used to the way things are done in Windows and they don&#039;t want to change their ways. That&#039;s why it&#039;s important for public schools to stop promoting products of one company (Microsoft). Especially that the courts in EU and USA decided this company is a monopolist.
At the moment there is still some software which only runs on Windows but that&#039;s because Windows PCs are about 90% of the market. It&#039;s a bit of a chicken-and-egg problem...</description>

		<description>Sounds like an interesting post... if I could understand it :). I surely hope Linux programmers will soon develop tools that allow for this OS to expand among laymen and laywomen, otherwise we&#039;ll have to keep paying to Microsoft (or pirating :)</description>
