So i’m thinking of getting the rio scan laser but I have think black hair. whilst i know it would be impossible to permenently remove the hair with this machine, I want it as an alternative to shaving or waxing. What I want to really know is that with the scan of the laser will the hair actually be removed for it grow back probably two weeks later?
